Pre-Paid Game Card Activation Instructions

Thank you for purchasing a Pre-Paid Game Card for The Matrix Online. When entering your game card number, please be sure to distinguish between letters which look similar. Examples are included below of 1 and L, zero and O and 6 and b.

If you are a new user that would like to use your game card to register a new account and CD Key, please visit the registration page and follow the instructions provided:

If you are an existing user who wishes to use a game card on your existing account, please visit:

Once there, log into your account, and edit your billing information. Choose "Game Card" and enter the Game Card number, then click submit. When your subscription expires, you will need to use the "renew" link on the master account page to enter a new game card.

About the Pre-Paid Game Card

Fans of The Matrix Online can now look forward to the ultimate convenience in massively multiplayer online games (MMOG) – pre-paid playtime. Also, friends and family now have a convenient way to give The Matrix Online as the perfect present on birthdays and holidays.

Once players buy the game, they can choose to purchase Pre-Paid Game Cards. Sold at all retailers, the Game Cards will be priced at $29.99 and allow for 60 days of playtime. Once the 60 days are up, gamers can either buy another Pre-Paid Game Card or switch to subscribing through their credit cards.
