The Matrix Online databases experienced a hardware failure this morning at approximately 11:30 AM Pacific Standard Time. We immediately began the process of troubleshooting and identifying the problem. The technical support team is in the process of fixing the problem, but we do not have a firm estimate on when the service can be restored.
